• Press the start button on the MMT-365 app
• When the watch has been found, press the watch’s crown button
• Create a profile with your information
• Track your steps: In Activity Mode, push once on the crown’s button & the hands of the watch will show progress towards your Activity goal
• Monitor your sleep: In Sleep Mode, push once on the crown’s button & the hands of the watch will show progress towards your Sleep goal
• To switch between Activity and Sleep Modes, push and hold the crown’s button for 3 seconds
