It was one of the first products created by Aromatherapy Associates co-founder, Geraldine Howard, following her own struggles with getting to sleep. Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of Lavender oil, this blend was born out of Geraldine's studies in aromatherapy, selecting the key essential oils known to facilitate sleep. Ideal for new parents, frequent flyers or shift workers. Use with our Relax Body Oil and Sleep Mist before a blissful bedtime ritual.

How to use:

• Warm one capful in cupped hands

• Apply the oil to your torso, shoulders and lower back, before getting into your bath or shower

• Bring your hands to your face and inhale & exhale 3 times
