Resin
• Formula contains siliconic resins which when dry create a waterproof layer on top of your makeup.
• The formula is enriched with castor oil which is known for its highly moisturizing properties.

Tiger Eye Brush
• This brush has two sides:
• Shorter bristles to allow maximum formula deposit and lash volumizing.
