How to use:

• Swivel up only 1/8-inch (pencil does not retract).

• Apply along lash line as desired.

• For a thinner, more precise application, apply using small, short strokes.

• For a smoky look, draw a thicker line, extending just beyond the outer corner of eyes. Smudge with an Eyeliner Brush or cotton swab.

• Replace cap tightly.
