The lightly scented conditioner features Roucou oil rich in beta-carotene and antioxidants, that strengthens hair and protects against the effects of aging and environmental damage to leave hair feeling soft shiny, and voluminous.

How to use:

• Following OI Shampoo, apply evenly to damp hair from lengths to tips, let rest 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with OI Milk or OI Oil.
