How to use:
• After applying eye shadow, use an eye pencil to define the lash line. Then apply the Glam Liner over the pencil, beginning at the outer edge and working inwards.
• Apply smooth strokes as close to the lashes as possible. Repeat for intensity and depth of colour, building the line as needed.
