Small black dot on the right front corner, a small black spot under the right single, and a small black spot on the top left side of the bag, above the sangle. Slight scratch on the front and back right bottom corners of the bag. Hairline scratch on the strap hardware (almost unnoticeable). A few scratches on the inside leather. No pillow included.
