Sisley’s Phyto-Khol Perfect is a firm yet smooth eye pencil that allows for a highly accurate line. The formula is specifically created with wild rose and castor oil, along with carnauba and bees waxes that will intensify the eyes with a rich, bold colour.

How to use:

• Place the pencil along the upper lash line and trace a line along the length of the eyelid.

• Adapt the thickness and shape of the line to achieve the desired look.

• For a deep and intense look, apply the pencil along the lower lash line.

• For smoky eyes, apply the pencil to the eyelid, blend or smudge the line using an eyeshadow brush.
